Graduation Requirements

In order to graduate from high school in the district, a student must successfully complete the following 26 units of credit:

English 4
Math 3
Science (1 Biology, 1 Physical Science) 3
Social Science 3
Physical Education 1
Health 1
Computer Applications .5
Career Ed. .5
Speech .5
Personal Finance .5
Career & Tech Ed, and/or Arts, Spanish and/or 2nd year Spanish 3
Electives 5
Senior Project (pass or no pass) 1
Total: 26

In addition to these credits, students must show proficiency in the following essential skills:  reading, writing, and math. Proficiency can be shown by earning specific scores on statewide assessment tests, PSAT, SAT, ACT, or work samples.
